MOVE WITH GRACE

Tai Chi and Chi Gong are ancient Chinese arts that are known to bring about energy, balance and longevity in those who practice them. Both are forms of exercise that can be practiced your entire life. The classes at Lotus Garden are considered therapeutic and are easy to follow along, and beneficial for all skill levels.

Tai Chi is a series of graceful, flowing movements that improve vitality, help release the effects of tension and stress and move the chi harmoniously throughout the body. It can also be used to develop effective self-defense.

Marilyn Bradford, Chi Gong

“I am a retired hospice spiritual counselor and moved from Los Angeles to Sacramento to be closer to family in 2017.

Qigong came into my life about 5 years ago and I truly love teaching this beautiful ancient practice.

Between Qigong, my Reiki practice and grandchildren, I am one busy lady. So much for retirement! It is all good and teaching at Lotus Garden has been one of my greatest joys.”

Li Li Lee, Chi Gong

Lee Lee Li comes from a long line of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. When she graduated high school she began studying Tai Chi from her Father, but finding it too slow for her youthful energy, she became a dancer instead!

She later came to appreciate the power of Tai Chi and embraced it as a lifelong practice. She hopes to help you experience the vibrancy and peace that Tai Chi can awaken!
