CHEN TAI CHI
with Master William Bi
Tai Chi is a centuries-old practice that promotes balance, relaxation, and inner strength through gentle, flowing movement. Of the five major styles—Chen, Yang, Sun, Wu, and Woo—Chen Style is the oldest and most dynamic.
Characterized by fluid, spiral-like movements and standing meditation, Chen Tai Chi blends softness with strength, and stillness with motion. These practices are designed to awaken and circulate the body’s internal energy, or qi.โโ
