- If you are coming to yoga for the first time, please allow 10-15 minutes to register.
- It's ideal to come to yoga on an empty stomach... at least 2 hours after eating!

In line with tradition, all of our meditation classes are offered free of charge. Yoga, T’ai chi and other fee-based classes help to support our non-profit activities here and out in the community. |
