This is a great opportunity to learn the technique and science behind safe and effective strength training in a fun and supportive online environment. This class series is great for people of all ages, and is especially beneficial for those over 50 who want to take the guess work out of getting stronger, improve bone density, and prevent age-related injury and falls.
Please have ALL of the recommended equipment (listed below). You will also need a strong solid chair.
