Expand your practice and support your wellbeing with this gentle introduction to a vinyasa style yoga practice!
Each class will have a special focus to help you deepen your understanding and increase your confidence with connecting asanas in a flowing manner. Classes will include a well-rounded class, as well as a tutorial on elements of vinyasa. By the end of the 6-weeks, you’ll have enough knowledge and experience to confidently embrace a vinyasa style practice. It is NOT necessary to attend all classes in the series. Join in anytime!

Mother of four, yoga therapist, and Ayurvedic wellness coach, Samantha Doyle, is known for her gentle, simple, and effective approach to behavior change.
