Join Gena for the next Yoga Basic Series. These workshops will introduce the beginner and continuing student to the fundamentals of alignment and breath through demonstration, practice, and an open forum to ask questions. Learn the mechanics of each pose as well as modifications and use of props to build strength, flexibility and balance. She will cover basic breath techniques to help reduce stress and tension of both body and mind.
Gena Foreman, E-RYT200, has practiced yoga since 1994 and has been teaching since 2004. She has led workshops in The Basics of Yoga and Yoga for Low Back Care as well as assisted in 200hr Teacher Trainings and workshops. She teaches yoga to seniors, professional athletes, corporations and does private sessions.
