In line with tradition, all of our meditation classes are offered free of charge. Yoga, T’ai chi and other fee-based

classes help to support our non-profit activities here and out in the community.

How to Create an Account:

  • We have recently transitioned to the MindBody Online check-in system. You may now purchase class passes, view your remaining classes, and sign up for classes online if you wish (it is not required).
  • Create an account here. If you currently have a 10-class pass, we have most likely created a profile for you already. If so, the system will recognize your email address and request you to create a password. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will take care of any issues right away.
  • Once you have created an account, you may use the links in the class schedule above to sign up for classes or you may wish to download the MindBody App.

Helpful Info for new students:

  • Wear clothing that is comfortable to move in
  • Please avoid wearing fragrances and scents.
  • Our studio is kept at a comfortable temperature.
  • Bring a yoga mat. Loaner mats are available if needed.
  • If you are coming to yoga for the first time, please allow 10-15 minutes to register.
  • It's ideal to come to yoga on an empty stomach... at least 2 hours after eating.
  • Beginners are welcome at all meditation classes and Kirtans.
