Lotus Garden Meditation Virtual Tour
(NOTE: Please click on the "stop" box on the web recorder to your left, as the virtual tour has it's own sound track.)
You are personally invited to come visit Lotus Garden Meditation Center and see why it has been one of the best-kept secrets in Sacramento for over 20 years!
As you come down our driveway you enter an oasis of beauty and tranquility, conveniently located on two acres in a sanctuary-like setting.
Here you can sit peacefully in the gazebo near the koi pond or even take a dip in the pool, surrounded by waterfalls and bamboo gardens.
Meet some of our friendly local residents... We are happy to show you around and tell you about the different types of programs and classes that we offer.
We have a beautiful yoga studio that was once an old barn with horse stables and has been totally transformed into a wonderful sacred space. Here you can attend classes though out the week inYoga Asana, Meditation, T'ai Chi and Chi kung.
We also offer an ongoing series of Free Meditation classes that incorporate the philosophy and spiritual wisdom of the ancient yoga system. These classes will teach you simple, enjoyable, and effective meditation techniques to add to your daily life.
In addition, we offer classes in the timeless wisdom of Bhakti Yoga, along with guided meditation and an introduction to Kirtan - a group meditation which helps to soothe the soul through the process of hearing and chanting ancient sacred sound vibrations.
A variety of programs are available in the complete yoga lifestyle. We offer Free yoga classes in the park and host special week-end events, including vegetarian cooking and raw food classes.
If you’re looking for a really fun, spiritually uplifting way to spend an evening. Join us on Sundays for an incredible experience and come discover the joy of Kirtan, the music of the spiritual world. It's got a groove.
People are clapping, dancing, and singing from the heart. You can't help but smile and notice that all the others around you are smiling too. The singing of mantras cleanses the heart and mind and helps us remember our true spiritual nature – who we really are.
We also invite you to join us for a fantastic vegetarian dinner that will tantalize the taste buds and give you an opportunity to meet like-minded spiritual beings and make new friends.
In line with vedic tradition, all of our meditation classes and Kirtan gatherings are free of charge, although donations are always appreciated.
We look forward to meeting you and welcome you to come experience the joy, peace, and happiness of practicing Yoga and meditation.
Om Hari Om. Haribol!
